• Charm Description and quantity of each charm

• Payment method ...cash, money order, cashiers check or paypal payment

• If paying by credit card, please provide: 

• First and Last Name, as it appears on Card

• Address on account (orders will only be shipped to a billing address)

• Credit Card Number

• Expiration Date

• CSC Number (located on back of card)

• Orders up to $30.00 are shipped first class (3-5 business days) mail for $2.75.
• Orders $30.00 or more are shipped priority mail (2-3 business days) for $4.80.
• Express mail (1-2 business days) is  $16.50 which does not apply to international orders.
• Shipping is higher for international shipping.  Please select International shipping when checking out for rates or email us. 
• Insurance can be added to your order for priority mail orders only.  We do not offer insurance on first class or international orders.  The rates are as follows;
